A Message from District Governor Gary Vineyard

Hello Lions of District 2-X1,

It is my humble honor to greet you as MD2-X1 District Governor for 2026-2027!

Thank you for trusting me to be your leader as District Governor.

I am filled with profound gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility.

Our theme for this upcoming year is “United, We Serve.” Our communities face changing needs. Our clubs are also changing, and we must prepare and adapt to meet the challenges ahead.

Over the next twelve months, we will focus our collective energy on four clear objectives to strengthen our district:

🔹 Expand Local Service Reach: We will continue to serve our communities and strive to find more ways to provide services to those in need.

🔹 Empower Local Clubs: We will streamline district resources to support your needs and offer more assistance when and where needed.

🔹 Grow Our Membership: We will launch targeted invitations to bring more service-minded leaders and help grow your clubs.

🔹 Expand Global Causes: We will intensify our services and donations to help the fight against hunger, vision loss, and other global causes.

Leadership is not a solo journey. I am asking every cabinet member, every club president and cabinet, along with YOU, individual Lions, to bring your passion to the table!

Let us support one another, share our victories, and face our challenges together because We are United and We Serve!
